What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into enhancements for HR tools and systems
- Support the HRIS team in maintaining documentation and functional specifications for HR technology
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues before they impact leadership
- Investigate and leverage HRIS functionalities to optimize processes and drive system adoption
- Improve system efficiency while ensuring compliance with SOX and Internal Controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years supporting HR technology, with global experience as a plus
- Progressive experience with HR systems, processes, and tools
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, data flows, and integrations, preferably within Oracle HCM
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HR technology implementations and change management
- Familiarity with advanced HRIS functionalities and analytics
- Background in process optimization within HR settings
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
