      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and troubleshoot the HRIS Workday system and other client HR applications
      - Maintain data quality and perform system audits to fulfill compliance requests
      - Provide user training and enablement on HR applications and tools
      - Manage Level 2 HR applications tickets and resolve system issues
      - Create and enhance HR ad-hoc and scheduled reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in HRIS administration and support, specifically with Workday
      - Strong troubleshooting skills for HR systems issues
      - Ability to perform system audits and fulfill compliance requests
      - Experience in creating systems documentation and user/process guides
      - Familiarity with HRIS configuration work and reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in HR, Payroll, or IT teams
      - Knowledge of data security and access management in HR applications
      - Familiarity with regression testing for system releases
      - Experience providing user training on HR applications
      - Ability to assist with HRIS configuration and enhancements
