      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and high-complexity changes to existing systems
      - Manage data transfers among systems to ensure efficient configuration and quality data
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure systems meet those requirements
      - Provide technical support and administration for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of four (4) years of technical systems administration, help desk, or similar experience with HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Experience implementing and integrating highly configurable HR or Payroll systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to HR technology or project management
      - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations related to HRIS systems
