      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and manage high-complexity changes to current systems
      - Ensure efficient system configuration and quality data that meets business needs
      - Facilitate data transfers among systems
      - Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology to enhance HR technology solutions
      - Support system administration for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of four (4) years of technical systems administration, help desk, or similar experience with HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Experience implementing and integrating highly-configurable HR or Payroll systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related HR environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
