      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and complex changes to existing systems
      - Manage data transfers among systems to ensure efficient configuration and quality data
      - Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology to meet business needs
      - Oversee technical systems administration and provide support for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Ensure compliance with state-specific requirements and maintain a drug-free workplace

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in technical systems administration, help desk, or similar roles with HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Proven experience implementing and integrating highly-configurable HR or Payroll systems
      - Ability to apply project management principles effectively
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with high-complexity HR system changes
      - Familiarity with safety-sensitive position requirements
      - Knowledge of state-specific compliance regulations
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related field
