      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and high-complexity changes to current systems
      - Manage data transfers among systems, ensuring efficient configuration and quality data
      - Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology to meet business needs
      - Provide technical support and administration for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Assist in system integration and configuration to enhance functionality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of four (4) years of technical systems administration, help desk, or similar experience
      - Experience implementing and integrating highly-configurable HR or Payroll systems
      - Knowledge of HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment and meet state-specific requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to HR systems or project management
      - Experience in a healthcare or home care setting
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
