What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and high-complexity changes to existing systems
- Manage data transfers among systems to ensure efficient system configuration
- Ensure quality data that meets business needs
- Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology on system enhancements
- Provide technical support and administration for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical systems administration, help desk, or similar experience with HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
- Experience implementing and integrating highly-configurable HR or Payroll systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a safety-sensitive position
- Familiarity with state-specific HR requirements
