      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Apply project management principles to implement new HR systems and manage high-complexity changes to existing systems
      - Oversee data transfers among systems to ensure efficient system configuration and quality data
      - Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology to meet business needs through effective system administration
      - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Ensure that system processes align with organizational policies and compliance requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in technical systems administration, help desk, or similar roles involving HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems
      - Proven experience in implementing and integrating highly-configurable HR or Payroll systems
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with project management methodologies or certifications
      - Familiarity with data transfer processes and system configuration best practices
      - Knowledge of compliance regulations related to HR systems
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related environment
      - Proficiency in additional HR technology tools or software
