      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, validate, and process all documents related to employment actions in a timely and accurate manner
      - Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and university departments to ensure accurate payroll processing
      - Monitor departmental inquiries and respond to HRIS data-related questions
      - Create position numbers for per diem, temporary, and student employees
      - Educate internal and external clients on best practices and system updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of HRIS system experience or relevant experience
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of interfacing with all staff levels
      - High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Higher Education strongly preferred
      - Experience using Banner HR software strongly preferred
