      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, test, and deploy standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards
      - Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time
      - Perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
      - Analyze data from various systems to provide insights to stakeholders
      - Collaborate with HRIS team members on special projects and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science/Data Analytics, or related field
      - 3+ years of relevant work experience
      - Workday experience
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Advanced MS Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or other reporting tools
      - Knowledge of data analysis in Python using Pandas/Numpy/Jupyter Notebooks
      - Understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript and backend technologies
