What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for all HRIS functions including report generation, system maintenance, and compliance activities
- Oversee maintenance and functionality of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and tools
- Respond to and resolve HRIS issues promptly and accurately, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Participate and lead system requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation for new modules and functionality
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to meet HR and management requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience managing HRIS systems in an HRIS role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other IT web-based tools
- 2 years of experience in Cognos BI report building
- Ability to handle stress and interact professionally with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of general HR experience preferred
