      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform configuration in iCIMS and document Talent Acquisition related changes and processes
      - Drive the implementation of system upgrades and modifications
      - Partner with customers to gather business requirements and evaluate requests for changes
      - Provide Tier 2 support and resolution for Talent Acquisition-specific issues
      - Write and update system and project documentation as modifications are performed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of relevant work experience
      - Experience in configuring within iCIMS, Workday, and Docebo applications
      - Experience in administration of HCM applications
      - Ability to manage and work with confidential information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Workday certification or other system certification in relevant support area preferred
      - Comfort with learning on the fly
      - Proven ability to manage multiple, often competing project workloads and activities
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Experience working on highly cross-functional, geographically distributed project teams
