      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM solution, providing support to Human Resources and Payroll departments
      - Investigate technical issues and deliver timely, detailed solutions
      - Collaborate with HR business process owners to develop solutions leveraging Workday
      - Support and troubleshoot internal and cloud connect integrations, including EIBs
      - Coordinate technical assistance during annual projects such as open enrollment and merit increases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience, particularly in configurations and reporting
      - Strong hands-on configuration experience in Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
      - Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS applications
      - Willingness to commit over 40 hours per week with regular attendance and flexibility in hours

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with reporting tools like SQL Reporting Services and Power BI
      - Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment
      - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues
