What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports using Report Writer and Report Designer
- Deliver meaningful metrics and insights through Workday reporting and dashboards
- Analyze, design, and build new custom reports based on business requirements
- Proactive identification of opportunities and effective translation of business needs
- Attend meetings and represent the reporting point of view

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant HR Reporting and Information Delivery experience
- 1+ years of experience in Workday report writing
- Strong technology aptitude and interest in research, data, metrics, and analysis
- Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing and Calculated Fields
- Ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, and post go-live support
- Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems and designing reports in various applications
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
