What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform day-to-day operations of HR systems, including configuration, testing, reporting, and maintenance
- Analyze current HR systems functionality to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Design and generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and business insights
- Train team members and end-users on system functionalities and maintain user documentation
- Lead HRIS projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HRIS or related roles
- Expertise in UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM platforms
- Strong knowledge of HRIS processes and data management principles
- Proficiency in database management, report writing tools, and advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR certification or HRIS certification is a plus
- Proven experience in system implementations, upgrading projects, or process optimization
- Familiarity with HR data privacy laws, including HIPAA
