What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and architecture of the UKG Pro WFM with a focus on advanced scheduler
- Manage and develop requirements and processes within the UKG Pro WFM
- Provide technical insight to the project team for resolving business and technology issues
- Work with project stakeholders planning validations and identifying defects
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT related field
- 1-3 years of experience configuring HR applications, UKG WFM Prod experience
- Detailed understanding & extensive experience in large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Familiarity with Software QA life cycle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
