      In AXA Group Operations, the GO Transformation department secures the transformation project:

      Amongst other conditions, achieving our goals entails to control our HR data, allowing to produce reliable and advanced indicators, giving our management the means to make conscious and data-driven decisions.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      At Group Operation, the GOT IS manager, with his/her team, is in charge of the following activities:

      1. Active Watch - Ensure awareness of Group HR, Group Solutions HR IS, GETD & GO Internal IS roadmaps, projects & trends

      2. HR IS Architecture & roadmap – In line with GOT Strategy & transformation plan, and in line with Group 2024-26 HRIS Program, define GO HR IS roadmap including as-is & target architecture & plan

      3. HR IS support - Documentation (archi, config book, process), admin, support & incident resolution for GO HR IS

      4. Studies & NSR – Management of studies and non-standard requests, including budget

      5. On-Offboarding - lead the On-Offboarding process by coordinating effort on process execution, improvements and documentation.

      6. Projets – Drive or at least contribute to GO HR IS related projects : BI, On-off boarding, HR Portal, …

      7. Change management – On-boarding of new comers & change management related to HR IS & Data evolutions

      8. Compliance in HRIS - Manage Compliance, Risk mgt, Audits & Security within HR IS & Data

      9. Advisory – Provide internal advisory in GOT for IS & Data matters (Collaboration, security, …)

      10. Reporting - Providing ad-hoc, recurring & process-based reports, centralise & automate report production from HR teams

      11. Re-organization Matrix – Manage the reorganization matrix tool, consolidate all current and target organization, positions & people mapping, provide target organization indicators

      The GOT IS manager will also be able to manage the GOT IS team which is split between France, Morocco, Spain and India (functional line towards India) and involves consultants intervening on projects as well.

      PROFILE:

      • 8 years of experience in similar roles

      • Senior IT manager or consultant profile, ideally previous experience in management consulting firms.

      • Significant experience in the management of IT with ideally a high-level understanding of HR challenges and processes (performance, mobility, recruitment, compensation, ….)

      • Previous experiences in the field data management (other domains than HR) and ideally in the field of reporting / BI.

      • Good experience in Program / Project management

      • Good usage of Office tools, mainly XLS & PPT (execs-level presentations). Expertise in other tools allowing to build diagrams, process flows or charts, etc. highly appreciated.

      • Excellent communication skills both oral & written: credible speaker French & English. Ability to build a communication plan.

      • Ability to collaborate with different profiles in IT (leadership, managers, developers, admins) & HR (HR BP, HRD, local stakeholders…).

      • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple topics & parallel projects.

      • Ability to think out of the box and put in perspective short and long-term.
