What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Continuously improve HRIS systems and data strategy to enhance user experience
- Conduct research to understand employee needs and preferences regarding technology
- Partner with leadership to administer HR processes using the HRIS platform
- Define user personas and develop user stories for an ideal user experience
- Lead the end-to-end experience design, ensuring a seamless user-friendly interface
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of HR systems management and support experience
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) and E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Demonstrated project and change management skills
- Proven skills in auditing and ensuring the accuracy of data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience with Oracle systems
- Prior Human Resources and manufacturing experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
