      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the vision for user experience based on employee needs and plant goals
      - Conduct research to identify employee technology preferences and pain points
      - Develop user personas and user stories to guide experience design
      - Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user interface
      - Lead user testing and provide training to ensure employee comfort with new technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
      - Minimum of 5 years of HR systems support experience with applications such as SAP and Oracle
      - Demonstrated project management skills
      - Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
      - Prior Labor Relations/Manufacturing experience
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
