What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead new customers through migrations, ensuring effective setup of functional business processes
- Plan and review project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables are met
- Escalate potential issues early to maintain migration timelines
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs and uncover additional support opportunities
- Train clients on the functionality of the isolved system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of functional business process experience in a relevant specialty
- Experience with software implementation
- Fluent in English
- Technical understanding and capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
