      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration of the Human Resources Information System, I-9 Management System, and HR File Electronic System

      - Maintain high levels of confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
      - Manage projects effectively, including reporting and relationship building

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS, focusing on data management and reporting
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in generating standard operating procedures
      - Familiarity with website design and maintenance
      - Project management experience
      - Knowledge of SAP software
