      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Learn, understand, and execute the employer’s Implementation & Configuration practices
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the employer's Time & Attendance module
      - Configure the employer's solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, testing, and best practices guidance
      - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet cross-functional needs and convey unique requirements to various audiences
      - Identify and implement system and process improvement opportunities within the employer’s HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience supporting Time & Attendance, either internally or as a consultant
      - Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S) required
      - Proficient understanding of Time & Attendance concepts and standard processes
      - Previous consulting, implementation, or administrator experience in a technical and/or HR space
      - Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required

      - Experience in the public sector
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
      - Motivated team player with cross-functional capabilities
