      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic oversight and leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
      - Lead recruitment efforts for key positions and manage the full hiring lifecycle
      - Oversee and enhance employer branding strategies across various platforms to attract top talent
      - Own the Federal Work Study hiring process, ensuring compliance with federal guidelines
      - Collaborate with leadership to forecast recruitment needs based on organizational growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on overseeing a team
      - Proven experience recruiting for senior-level positions
      - Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, compliance, and employment laws
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
      - Demonstrated success in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
      - Proficiency in documenting processes and staying current with industry trends
      - High level of detail orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
