Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

• As a TPRM HSE Supplier Risk Management Business Partner you will ensure an effective, standardized and compliant Safety and Environment Supplier Risk Management System in order to achieve business success.
• Manage the up-front HSE due diligence assessments of Novartis Third Parties according to “Novartis Supplier/ TPRM Code”, Responsible Procurement requirements and other committed standards.
• Ensure Novartis Third party manufacturers and suppliers meet and maintain the HSE requirements legislated in the respective country of operations, the Novartis HSE Management System, the external standards and commitments to which Novartis subscribes by assessing HSE risks.
• Support Novartis to achieve its Environmental and Sustainability Aspirations by conducting supplier gap assessment and capability building through workshops and communications plan.
• Sharing best practices and drive innovation to shape more suitable business partnerships with our suppliers.
• Support the respective Novartis supplier interaction contacts to drive continuous improvement programs of suppliers with regards to their HSE risk profile, and Supplier Segmentation Classification to stay ahead of regulatory advancement.
• Support the Business Commercial team on “Smart Risk Taking Strategies”.
Support feasibility checks and risk decision on transfers.
