- Serves as the coordinator for all programmatic functions related to compliance with the Pregnant Workers' Fairness Act (PWFA) and the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections (PUMP) for Nursing Mothers Act.
- Directs and coordinates access to Nursing Employee Rooms.
- Develops and implements trainings for new and existing employees and maintains high level of confidentiality related to all PWFA reasonable accommodation requests.
- Assists the EEO HCM Administrator with the BWC reasonable accommodation request process under Titles I and II of the ADA.
- Assists with ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and program requirements related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Analyzes and implements programmatic policies and procedures related to the ADA.
- Relieves supervisor of a variety of routines, non-routine, and confidential administrative duties and ADA program activities.

BWC’s core hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, however, daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across BWC departments. Most positions perform work on-site at one of BWC’s seven offices across the state. BWC offers flex-time work schedules that allow an employee to start the day as early as 7:00am or as late as 8:30am. Flex-time schedules are based on operational need and require supervisor approval.
What You’ll Be Doing:
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:
3 years experience in human resources.
-OR completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration AND 12 months experience in human resources.
-OR 1 year experience as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
