What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and execution of global strategies for Human Capital operations
- Manage execution of strategic projects, including creating roadmaps and tracking progress
- Conduct detailed analyses and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Create financial analyses and business cases to support required investments
- Prepare stakeholder communications and track progress against milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of work experience in an operations, change management, or continuous improvement role
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a finance or business-related discipline
- Foundational understanding of Human Capital practices and trends
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing Human Capital governance forums and councils
- Proven track record of leading change management initiatives
- Familiarity with industry practices and competitiveness in Human Capital
