- Assist with recruiting activities, benefit administration, and payroll processing
- Coordinate staff morale events and meetings
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
- Provide general HR administrative assistance
- Serve as back-up for new hire orientation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Ability to handle confidential information with high accuracy and organization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Human Resources or as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Visio and PowerPoint
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
