What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data to develop insights summarizing historical trends and potential outcomes to aid leaders with business decisions
- Participate in the review and analysis of new benefits programs
- Support the recruiting team and hiring managers with internal equity analyses and structuring of offers
- Update and maintain HR Power BI reports
- Assist in developing and maintaining the benefit grouping and job classification systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience
- 1 or more years of HR-specific data analysis supporting an HR function
- Strong technical acumen with technologies such as MS suite, Access, Excel, and Power BI
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of HR program analysis work experience
- Experience with diverse HR topics such as compliance, benefits, recruiting, compensation, HRIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
