- Enhance onboarding and coordinate talent development programs.

- Maintain HRIS records and support FMLA/Leave of Absence tracking.
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employee's, respecting and valuing individual differences and perspectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required.
- 3-5 years prior HR Generalist experience. Demonstrated experience in managing a range of employee relations issues preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to objectively coach employees and manager through complex and sometimes emotional issues.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to form strong relationships within the business and with external partners, which will build professional credibility.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced working environment with a high degree of flexibility.
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding, including attracting and retaining skilled labor in a manufacturing environment and professional roles.
- A solid understanding of governmental regulations and employment law, the ability to research, analyze, and interpret various data.
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize work and manage projects.
- Willingness and aspiration to learn.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; Experience with HRIS (Workday), VMS (AgileOne), and ATS (SmartRecruiters) systems; is a plus.

We're looking for a compassionate and dynamic Human Resource Manager to support Hobart Brothers and division initiatives. You'll collaborate with leaders, employees, and stakeholders to drive performance and create a positive work culture. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, training, talent management, compensation, and performance management. You'll support multiple plants and shifts, contributing strategically as you learn the business operations.
