      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist HR team with projects, summarize information, and make recommendations on actions needed
      - Resolve employee concerns by investigating complaints and suggesting possible courses of action
      - Conduct interviews, schedule pre-placement examinations, and onboard new employees
      - Maintain human resource records by documenting incidents and resolutions
      - Support the Human Resources Director in compliance with employment and workers' compensation regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience working in a Human Resource department with a focus on legal and analytical functions
      - Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, confidential, and demanding environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday software
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Previous experience in a global HR setting
      - Ability to manage multiple changing priorities effectively
      - Willingness to travel as required
