What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including reviewing applications, performing phone screens, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientations, including safety training
- Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations
- Oversee time and attendance functions, ensuring complete and accurate data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work history preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' HR experience with a focus on recruitment, time & attendance, and benefits administration
- Fluency in both Spanish and English for effective communication
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS Software and MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HR Certification is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in promoting a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
