What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide human resources support, including company policies, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations problem-solving
- Track performance ratings and compile HR-related statistics for assigned groups
- Update employee records with changes in employment status, salary, and personal information
- Assist hiring managers in selecting appropriate job candidates and drafting/editing job descriptions
- Collaborate with the Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
- 3-5 years of related professional experience required
- Strong detail orientation and communication skills
- Flexible and growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in employee relations, including investigations and mediations
- Familiarity with employment law and best practices in human resources
- Proven ability to track and analyze HR-related statistics
- Experience drafting job descriptions and collaborating with hiring managers
