- Fosters culture of accountability, trust, collaboration, development, and results consistent with the short and long-term objectives of the HR&C organization
- Provides support to HR Business Partners in actively consulting and providing solutions related to workforce, talent and organizational matters; relies heavily on data and analytics to accomplish outcomes; assesses team and organizational effectiveness
- Anticipates workforce needs and develop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies; identify and promote the development of top talent through observation and coaching
- Collaborates with Solution Center and Communities of Expertise to deploy services including workforce planning, delivery of training, performance and compensation reviews
- Manages and coordinate local HR service delivery to ensure avoidance of risk and compliance issues in pursuit of operational excellence
- Provides feedback on HR policies, processes and programs to HR Business Partners and Sr Managers and Communities of Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (6 years) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
