What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage onboarding processes, including I-9 verification and personnel action forms
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and leave management
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing fingerprint clearances
- Maintain accurate records in the human resources information system
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding HR-related inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One year of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of public personnel administration, federal and state laws, and agency policies
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment

- Experience with HRIS, recruitment applications, and performance management programs
- Understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in human resources and employment law
