      We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to support compensation analysis, HR data management, and performance management at The Doctors Company. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity depending on the final candidate's location from the company's offices.

      This role will conduct market benchmarking, maintain salary structures, and analyze pay equity to ensure competitive compensation. Additionally, it will manage HR data in UKG, develop reports, and enhance analytics dashboards, while supporting performance management system improvements.

      As part of a dynamic HR team, this position offers exposure to multiple HR functions and opportunities for process optimization.

      Responsibilities

      Compensation Analysis & Administration
      • Market Benchmarking: Conducts salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
      • Pay Structure Management: Maintains job classifications, pay grades, and salary bands, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
      • Merit & Bonus Calculations: Assists in the administration of merit increases, incentive plans (STIP, LTIP), and other compensation programs.
      • Pay Equity Analysis: Monitors internal pay equity, identifying and addressing any disparities.
      • Compensation Reporting: Prepares reports on salary trends, compa-ratios, and pay distribution for HR and leadership

      HRIS Data Management & Reporting
      • HRIS Maintenance: Manages employee data in HRIS (e.g., UKG, SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring accuracy and security.
      • Data Audits & Integrity: Conducts routine audits to validate data integrity, correcting discrepancies in employee records.
      • HR Metrics & Dashboards: Develops HR analytics reports, including headcount, turnover, retention, and compensation trends.
      • Process Automation: Identifies and implements automation opportunities to improve HR data processes.
      • System Enhancements: Assists in testing and deploying HRIS upgrades, system integrations, and self-service features.

      Performance Management System & Process Improvement
      • System Revamp: Support performance management system revamp, process optimization to align with company objectives
      • Process Integration: Support the development and implementation of a new performance management platform
      • Training & Support: Assist in the development of delivery training for employees and managers on system functionality and best practices.
      • Data & Analytics: Provide reporting and insights on performance trends, calibration, and system adoption
      • Service and Support: Provide ongoing system support, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.

      Technical Knowledge & Professional Development
      • Continue to seek learning opportunities from functional leaders and other HR team members
      • Identify and seek resources and opportunities for continued development

      Other Duties assigned
      • Accept delegated tasks willingly and follow through on assignments with accountability and attention to detail.
      • Support business process optimization and efficiency by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
      • Take on various projects and assignments from management, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
      • Provide regular updates to leadership on assigned projects, meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
      • Assist with department and company-wide initiatives, including research, surveys, audits, and process improvements.
      • Stay flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives.

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
      • 5-7 years data analytics, compensation, or HR systems experience
      • Expertise in Excel, HR systems, and reporting capabilities
      • Excellent communication and ability to convey data insights

      Salary Range: $82,328 - $101,700

      Compensation varies based on skills, knowledge, and education. We consider factors such as specialized skills, depth of knowledge in the field, and educational background to ensure fair and competitive pay.
