      Job Summary:

      The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in mining and leveraging data-driven insights from people analytics to support leaders throughout the organization. By working closely with HR discipline and operations leaders, the analyst will effectively communicate trends, changes, and improvements to various stakeholders. The HR Analyst will be responsible for maintaining data integrity and will collaborate for reliability of the organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This role is vital in ensuring that our HR applications meet the needs and objectives of the organization.
      Duties/Responsibilities:
      • Collaborate with HR staff and organizational leadership to identify short- and long-term information department and system objectives. Develop a plan to modify or enhance HRIS outputs to meet these objectives.
      • Assess the current system and utilization, identifying areas for improvement such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of the HRIS.
      • Identify, recommend, and program custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
      • Collaborate with other HR team members to plan, modify, and customize approaches to deliver data insights to internal stakeholders.
      • Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to the Director of HR Operations and other company leaders.
      • Develop data integrity standards, auditing activities, and accessible training materials to deepen understanding of provided analysis.
      • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.
      Required Skills/Abilities:
      • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and technical support capabilities.
      • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Have familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure data insights craft valuable insights for people decisions.
      • Maintain the ability to handle confidential information.
      • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced skills in Excel.
      • Possess a thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
      Education and Experience:
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required.
      • At least three years of experience with HR business systems highly preferred.
      • Experience with advanced business intelligence reporting systems, UKG Pro, Power BI, R, and/or other visualization tools.
