      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop action plans in partnership with HR and Operational Leadership
      - Provide analytical reporting for multiple programs and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements
      - Monitor and lead initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems
      - Serve as a liaison with collective bargaining units regarding employee benefits and grievance procedures
      - Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate degree in human resources, organizational development, business management, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of previous HR experience, particularly in benefits and leave management
      - Working knowledge of human resources and understanding of the human services industry
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with complex populations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
      - High attention to detail and accuracy in data management
