What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clerical, administrative, and payroll support for the HR team
- Answer phones and assist with directing calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with crew rotations, flight arrangements, and onboarding paperwork
- Address a wide range of crew requests and questions
- Support initiatives aimed at improving crew retention and culture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED certificate is required
- Minimum of two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Ability to handle confidential matters and understand employment laws and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, particularly in the marine or fishing industry
- Familiarity with Paylocity and QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
