What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to the Total Rewards Center of Excellence by coordinating multiple HR projects
- Perform administrative tasks and deliver excellent customer service through daily interactions
- Extend scheduling support for virtual and physical meetings
- Create documents, meeting minutes, and data entry in the HR information system with strong attention to detail
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and follow proper record retention practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
- 1 year of relevant experience in an office or administrative setting
- 2 years of previous experience in a Human Resources support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
