What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day benefit administration, including enrollments, updates, and terminations
- Ensure compliance with benefit plan regulations and conduct periodic system audits
- Manage Open Enrollment process and communicate benefits offerings to new hires
- Administer leave of absence processes and manage the company wellness campaign
- Research and recommend new benefits and process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in a benefits administration role
- Understanding of employee benefits regulations
- Experience with UKG Benefit Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and web-based HR tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- CBP, CEBS, or other Benefit Certification preferred
- 2 years of HR generalist experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
