      Human Resources Business Partner Advisor

      Bayer U.S. LLC seeks a Human Resources Business Partner Advisor to work in Berkeley, CA. This is a hybrid office/work-from-home position that will be responsible for providing advice on and facilitating the implementation and compliance of policies, procedures, and guidelines in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Duties include: (i) implementing and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines; (ii) coaching to build leadership capability and providing recommendations to close performance gaps; and (iii) identifying opportunities and proposing solutions that align with the organization’s people strategy.

      This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work on-site/in the Berkeley office two (2) days per week.

      Must have a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.

      Experience must include three (3) year(s) working with/within: (i) Human Resources in a manufacturing environmen t; (ii) HR processes, programs, policies and systems and ability to communicate same to employees and management including presentations and training; (iii) analytical and problem-solving skills; and (iv) managing complex employee relations and investigations.

      Experience must include one (1) y ear: i nterpreting the Collective Bargaining Agreement to management in connection with bargaining unit employees and representatives on policies, practices as it relates to the full range of employee relations issues including recruitment, promotion, transfer, discipline, compensation, leaves of absence, internal complaints, and requests for accommodation for covered disabilities; and (ii) handling projects and corresponding change management.

      Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $136,110 to $142,585. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
