- Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Experience working in HRBP capacity within a large organization supporting 100+ locations
- Proficiency in MS Office products and Workday
- Must demonstrate the ability to work in a hands-on, team-driven environment and be adaptable to growth

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
