      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build strong relationships with employees and managers to provide feedback and consultation on complex HR-related issues
      - Ensure established policies and processes are followed by all employees while developing solutions for improvement
      - Develop, design, and facilitate training materials to communicate HR activities to business units and employees
      - Analyze and interpret HR analytics and metrics to communicate data/results to various stakeholders
      - Onboard, train, and develop team members with a broad range of HR strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of Human Resources experience
      - Subject matter expertise in employment law, ESA, and Human Rights policies across multiple provinces
      - Demonstrated experience in leading, designing, and communicating internal human resources policies and processes
      - Deep understanding of talent management, employee lifecycle, organizational culture, performance reviews, and disciplinary action
      - Strong organizational and prioritization skills to adapt to projects and daily tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a technology-forward or InsurTech environment
      - Proven track record of successfully implementing employee development programs
      - Ability to leverage HR analytics for strategic decision-making
      - Experience with remote team management and engagement strategies
      - Familiarity with various HR software and tools
