      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership teams to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support strategic business growth
      - Provide consultative HR service delivery in areas such as payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
      - Serve as the HR point of contact for team members, assisting with inquiries and navigation of HR processes
      - Analyze and interpret reports related to payroll, benefits, and employee engagement to provide proactive solutions
      - Collaborate with other HRBPs and Learning & Development colleagues on programs related to wellness, culture, and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or related role
      - Knowledge of HR programs and applicable state and federal employment laws
      - Strong communication skills, including effective facilitation and writing
      - Relevant experience in building company culture and increasing employee engagement
      - Familiarity with HCM systems; experience with UKG Pro software is strongly preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM or HRCI Designation or an advanced degree in a Human Resources-related discipline
      - Effective coaching skills and strong business acumen
      - Highly organized with a process-driven approach
      - Affinity for technology and comfort with both tactical and strategic tasks
      - Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
