    • Greets visitors to the Human Resources Office.
    • Assists in general office duties.
    • Processes and manages incoming/outgoing telephone calls, mail, information, and correspondence.
    • Manages the filing of confidential records, such as employee records, contract negotiations, and any notes and data related to those files.
    • Supports the HR Office staff by providing clerical support as needed.
    • Maintains confidentiality in all department operations and functions.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Knowledge of general office procedures
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Office 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Able to communicate (orally and in writing) in a positive and professional manner
    • Demonstrates record of reliability, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct.
    • Bilingual capability preferred.
    • Prior HR experience preferred.

      HUMAN RESOURCES CLERICAL ASSISTANT
      UNAFFILIATED - 12 MONTH

      SALARY: $35,000
      Under the general supervision of the Chief Human Resources Officer, provides clerical support to the HR Office staff in delivering HR services for the entire school district and performs related work as required.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Greets visitors to the Human Resources Office.
      • Assists in general office duties.
