What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a resource for core leaders and caregivers on employee relations matters
- Conduct employee relations research to identify trends and patterns requiring intervention
- Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to inform and align actions with findings
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective record-keeping practices and data integrity measures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
- A minimum of 3 years providing high-touch customer service in a 'concierge' style environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire
- 1 year of additional experience in labor relations and specialty areas of HR service
- 2 years of experience working in a multi-state/healthcare environment
