- The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources (HR) function within the company including employee administration, management of personnel records, compliance with laws and regulations, interview scheduling, new hire administration, and other duties as assigned to support human resources
- As an HR Coordinator, you will assist with new hire administration through the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including conducting interviews, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation
- You will assist with recruiting talent by managing job files for both open and closed positions
- You will maintain employee, job requisition, I-9, worker's compensation, and other HR files, and provide support for employee questions related to payroll, time and attendance
- You will provide administrative support for benefits programs (such as life, health, vision, and dental) and leave of absence, utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and support HR staff with special projects
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-2 of years HR or relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree or in the process of completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, or related software.
COMPENSATION: up to $28/hr

HOURS: 8:00am - 5:00pm
