What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with implementing and optimizing Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of EPM tools
- Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement
- Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field or role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in EPM software and tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and methodologies
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field
