- Three years of experience in implementing and supporting technology systems
- Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information

- Workday experience preferred
- Master’s degree in related discipline
- Experience in human resources and learning systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex requests
- Ability to work effectively with end users at all levels
