What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and values
- Support Regional HR Directors in providing comprehensive advisory and support services
- Collaborate with leaders to drive initiatives and ensure consistency of practices
- Provide consultation and coaching to leaders on talent management practices
- Partner with various departments to understand their functions and needs
- Develop an understanding of background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Support HR Coordinators in onboarding and offboarding responsibilities
- Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave
- Develop and implement HR objectives and systems
- Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and employment laws
- Maintain confidentiality and handle disciplinary meetings and investigations
- Perform other HR duties as requested

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2 years of professional level experience in Human Resources
- Knowledgeable in HR practices and principles
- Proficient in computer and software use
